Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

    • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours from placement of orders.
    • If the order is shipped, cancellation would not be possible unless the item is damaged and not delivered on time.

Refunds

On acceptance of Cancellation request, refund will be processed within 10 working days. The mode of refund would be through the Payment Gateway.

Return/Exchange

We accept a return on the following situations

  1. If the items are damaged or did not meet the specification as per the order.
  2. If the item did not reach on time as agreed.
  3. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item.
  4. We accept return within 7 days from the order delivered.

Process :

Your purchased items must be in its original unused condition to be eligible for an exchange. Items received by the customer to be returned to our dispatch center within 7 days of the date of receipt of goods.

  1. Please write an email with your order number & reason for exchange to support@theojoy.com.
  2. Upon receiving an acknowledgement from www.theojoy.com, kindly courier the items to the below mentioned address & send us an email with the tracking details.
